Overview
Canthel is a product of PulseSphere LLC. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We take your privacy seriously and handle your data with care.
Data we collect
We collect the following categories of data:
- Account data: email address, name, and authentication credentials provided during sign-up.
- Generated content: text prompts you submit and the AI outputs (music, video, images, captions) created in response. These are stored in your personal library and are accessible only to you.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, credit consumption, and timestamps. This helps us improve the product and detect abuse.
- Waitlist data: if you joined the waitlist, we store your email address and the source (e.g. “website”).
- Payment data: subscription and billing information is handled directly by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or bank details.
How we use your data
- To provide, operate, and improve the Canthel service.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send transactional emails (account confirmations, receipts).
- To notify you of product updates, new features, or early access (you can opt out).
- To detect fraud and prevent misuse of the platform.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your content to train AI models without explicit consent.
Data processors
We use the following third-party processors:
- Supabase — database and authentication. Your account data and content library are stored in Supabase. Supabase is GDPR-compliant and acts as a data processor under our agreement.
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe is PCI-DSS certified.
- Vercel — hosting and edge infrastructure.
- Sentry — error monitoring. Error reports may contain partial request data (no payment or password info).
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it (e.g. financial records for 7 years).
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights under GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable law:
- Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correction: request correction of inaccurate data.
- Deletion: request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
- Portability: request your data in a machine-readable format.
- Opt-out: unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@canthel.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
Canthel uses session cookies for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent you from staying logged in.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of Canthel after changes constitutes acceptance.
