Terms of Service

By creating a Canthel account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Canthel. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and PulseSphere LLC.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Canthel. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You agree not to use Canthel to:

• Generate or distribute content that infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• Create deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that impersonates real individuals in a misleading or harmful way.
• Produce content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use the service to train competing AI models or scrape outputs at scale.
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or authentication systems.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the Canthel platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

You own the outputs. AI-generated content produced by Canthel using your prompts belongs to you. You are free to use, publish, sell, or license it without restriction.

Your prompts: you retain ownership of the text prompts you submit. You grant PulseSphere LLC a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your prompts solely to generate the requested outputs.

No warranty on outputs: AI-generated content may inadvertently resemble existing copyrighted works. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before commercial use and for obtaining any licences required.

Canthel operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you generate content and reset monthly according to your plan.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Credits do not roll over between billing periods unless otherwise stated on your plan.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment if you are unsatisfied. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law. To request a refund, email support@canthel.com.

Canthel is provided “as is.” We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseSphere LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Canthel, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
